Base package

  1. Added error check to AutoSD > Detail > Embed Frame to not allow negative angles for end cuts.

  2. Some functions would not work if the dimension units was set to Windows desktop.

  3. Program defaulted to "Dim base/cap plate holes from CL" regardless of option chosen in column configuration.

  4. Bug fix for adding a sub mark with CNC.

  29. When exporting a customer configuration the file name will default to the name of the customer. You can still open the *.cfg file and select a customer configuration to import.

  30. Added offset option for locating holes in Nailer Plate.

Rails

  1. Bug Fix - Bottom length of stair/ramp rail.

  4. Bracket spacing on wall rail may be entered as a list. Dimensions are from bottom to top. Last dimension is repeated if remainder is great enough. Entering a single dimension works the same as before.

  5. Added a new, one sided, base plate for level handrail.

  6. Fixed- Stair rail would crash under certain condition.

  7. Fixed- Stair and Ramp rail would crash when using Tube rails and a plate at the bottom of the post.

  8. Added one sided bolted base plate option to post on the sloped portion of stair and ramp rails.

  9. Added one sided bolted base plate option to post at floor level of stair and ramp rail.

  10. Merged "Mesh Insert" program with AutoSD > Rails > Detail Panel. Detail Panel can handle any rail configuration by picking the boundary of the mesh. Detail Panel can just detail the panel, just insert the mesh or do both. Note. Handrail must be drawn to scale when using the boundary option.

Base package

  1.  Beam Lines w/Description and Brace Lines w/Description no longer uses the unstacked fractions for the text.

  2.  Put layer names in alphabetical order in programs used to select layer.

  3.  Bug fix - AutoSD > Draw > Holes may not have increment tail dimensions for CNC.

  4.  Bug fix - AutoSD > Draw > Holes may use a layer that does not exist.

  5. Bearing Plate would not allow input of anchor length.

  34. Programs that allow the user to enter angles will use the angle format set in AutoCAD's units for angles, (decimal, Deg/min/sec, Grads, Radians or Surveyor's).

  5. Added program to return total quantities of all pieces on all drawings in a job folder (Compile Qty's from all drawings). Not available for AutoCAD LT or IntelliCAD.

  7. Shop bill program will ask for the grade of steel for sub pieces if sub piece is a flange shape and the grade column is enabled.

  26. The file asd_data.cfg has been modified. If you have changed yours you will need to save it and make the changes to the new file.

  27. One more attribute has been added to the Main mark that is left blank. When you edit the attributes the prompt for this attribute is REF: and is used for inserting a single line reference note under the mark.

  1. Added option to select 45 or 30 degrees for welded flange bevel at end of beam.

  2. Added program for edge or face view of plate on top of or hanging from bottom flange of beam. Plates can be perpendicular to beam flange or vertical on sloping beam. Can also be used on top of cap plate of column.

  3. End connection for beam can be saved to column or beam file if support is "User Type".

  4. Web thickness in top view for skewed end connection is exaggerated to a minimum of 1/2" thick.

  5. If a beam slopes up to the right and the left end does not have a clip and tails are configured to go to the clip the tail will now go to the end of the top flange.

  6. Added configuration to show slots in wing plates.

  7. Dialog box interface added for selecting, viewing and editing column base and cap plate files.
