Create bolt lists and bolt summaries. Merge two or more list together, sort, edit and print. Have your fabricator's name at the top of the printout. Store up to 40 names and addresses to select from. Have your company's name or initials automatically placed in front of your job number. Each item is a multiple choice for quick and easy input. For washers or nuts without a bolt simply leave the length of the bolt blank by pressing the right arrow key at the length input. Lengths are in the FT.IISS format.

TYPE: A307, A325, A490, ANCHOR, EXP., SELF TAP, LIB or OTHER
After the first line is entered your choice becomes the default and pressing enter will keep your selection and move the highlight to the next item to the right. Entering "OTHER", pops up a dialog box where you can add, change, delete and select custom choices.
FINISH: STD, BLACK, GALV or S.S.
DIA: 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, 7/8, 1 or OTHER
If you choose "OTHER" you can input your own diameter
NUT: NONE, 1 or 2
WASHER: NONE, 1 STD, 2 STD, 1 BEV, LIW & STD, LIW & BEV, STD & BEV, SQW & STD or SQW & BEV, 1 HD, 2 HD, LIW & HD, SQW & HD.

LENGTH LENGTH (.IISS) or GRIP(.IISS)
Input the length in inches where ".II" is inches and "SS" is sixteenths. Thus 2 1/2" = .0208. You may also input the grip in the length column and press the + key. The washer thickness will automatically be added to the grip and the grip will be converted to the bolt length for the bolt diameter used.
EDIT
Allows you to select an item to edit in the display area.
MERGE
Copy a bolt list to the end of the list currently open. If you have several people making partial list on a large job you can merge the files together into one list to get a summary or itemized list for the entire job.
PRINT Itemized
Prints the list "as is".
PRINT Summary
Creates a summary and prints it.
SORT
Sorting will put the list in order according to the mark and remove any blank lines from the file.
